Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't yet ship internationally.

Cost
Standard shipping is $5.95. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and handed to USPS within 1 to 2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Texas. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees, and severe weather or carrier delays can extend them.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email info@urnaturalsponge.com and we'll help sort it out.

Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it carefully. Packages returned due to an incorrect address are handled under our refund policy.
